This is based on the IVRSystem::GetProjectionRaw function.Follows the approach outline here.

It represents what is being rendered, not necessarily what is visible (but it provides an upper limit on the FoV which is potentially visible).

In my experience, on Vive with the default padding, quite a bit of the rendered FoV is not optically visible. On the Pimax most of it is (at least at Small and Normal settings).

For Pimax, "ParP" is with parallel projection compatibility enabled. Note that the additional vertical FoV in that mode is not, in fact, visible.
