1	OBTM Dues and Fees
2	1. New members pay a one-time set-up fee and prorated dues covering membership for up to 6 months.
3	2. Renewing members pay dues in October and April each year.
4	3. Re-instated members pay the prorated amount. (Setup fee is one-time only.)
5	4. Members can transfer between clubs at no cost if their fees and dues are paid at the other club. Otherwise they are treated as a re-instated member. We have to submitt an application to Toastmasters International for approval.
6	5. Dual members pay the prorated amount. Set up fee has been paid to the other club. We have to submitt an application to Toastmasters International for approval.
