| 32 | Instruction/Notes So, if you're doing a long-enough event (like, CT Gold) you may be wanting to have a calculator that you can just glance at to see if you're in ballpark on your water/snack targets. To use this - go to the settings + config tab to update the yellow boxes with your snacks, the start time, and what your consumable targets per hour are (high and low). During your ride, every time you update anything, or every minute this sheet will update the high and low marks for how much you said you wanted to eat. (Green is set for 75% of the high-value mark, it's biased to think you should be on the high vs low end) | |||||
