1Language Proficiency: Please note that Vision Global provides only English,Bengali ,Tamil & Mandarin languages . Kindly ensure that the trainees understand and read English or Bengali ,Tamil & Mandarin before registration.

2Registration : Please submit to us a clearly filled copy of this Course Registration Form at least 3 days before the course commencement date. Personal data will not be disclosed to any party without consent of the individual/aurthorised officer of this form.

3Payment : Cash ,Cheque, PayNow and Bank Transfer. Cheques should be address to Vision Global Engineering & Safety Services Pte Ltd. Payment must be made latest by the 1st day of course commencement. For funded courses, Company Cheque, or GIRO payment only is acceptable.

4Refund: i) 7 working days and above prior to course commencement date : Full refund ii) 3 -6 working days prior to course commencement date : 50% of course fee will be refunded iii) 2 working days or less prior to course commencement date :No refund

5Cancellation/Postponement: Any changes should be made at least 3 working days before the course commencement date

6Attendance / Absence : i) Trainees are to present their NRIC / WP / Passport when attending the course.

 ii) Only participants with 100% attendance will be allowed to sit for the exam. Late comers will not be entertained and no refunds will be given.

All certificate/safety passes are to be collect within 3 months from the date of exam or they will be discarded without prior notice.Vision Global reserves the right to withdraw/ reschedule any course due to unforseen circumstances.
