|Volunteers are needed to help during Stone Mountain Hamfest.|
|Thursday starting at noon and Friday starting at 0800 Volunteers will meet at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds gate which will be open closest to intersection of Sugarloaf Pkwy & Davis Rd (not at the flashing light). Parking will be adjacent to the livestock arena on the Sugarloaf side. Turn right when you come in the gate. Help is needed to set-up VE Testing area, Student Shack, Forums area, Club booths, marking the tailgating parking lots, unloading tables and chairs, setting up the Flea Market building tables and chairs as well as running the power cords to vendors tables. There will be plenty to do so come help as you can. Late on Friday personal will be needed to provide security for, and assist vendors inside the flea market area and Exhibition Hall.|
|Signup sheets with days and times needed, will be available at the next GARS & AMRC meetings. All volunteers will need a ticket for the Hamfest, pre event tickets will also be available at club meeting and are available online via PayPal at http://stonemountainhamfest.com/index.php/ticket-booth/|
|Volunteer workers will receive a special event Stone Mountain Hamfest Hat (limited quantities). Sign in located in Exhibition Hall at the Alford Memorial Radio Club table.|

The GARS repeater 147.075 (+) PL82.5 will be assisting for Hamfest talk-in as well as the Stone Mountain repeater 146.760 (-) PL 107.2 ARES will be providing Talk-in from the trailer.
GARS Saturday morning parking group leader may designate a specific frequency.
|Pick up equipment for club storage facilities. Mark off spaces for Commerical Vendors, and Boneyard. Assist in relocating SK items to the flea market.|
|Friday Morning, starting at 8am, Finish marking off spaces, Set-up tables, and power in Flea Market. Place signage in proper locations, Set up VE Testing area, Set up club booth area. Assist arriving vendors, Lunch will be provided by AMRC to all volunteers. Assist in relocating SK items to the flea market. Set-up Youth Shack, "radios and antennass to be tested. (more to come, this page in progress)|
|Saturday, starting at 6am, traffic & crowd assistance will be needed. Monitors and information assistants for Flea Market area as well as roaming the tail gate area during both days of the Hamfest. Please bring your reflective vest, HT’s with extra batteries, flashlight if volunteering in early morning hours.|
|Break down and pack up all antennas, equipment, Clean up entire facility, Exhibit Hall, Bone yard, Flea Market, pack up all gear and return to storage facility.|
