The referee will call all penalties.Substitutions may be made on any dead ball. You must always substitute from the same side of the field.

Rock, Papper, Scissor by team captains will determine who starts with the ballAll players are eligible to receive a pass (including the QB if the ball has been handed off behind the LOS).

The winner of the RPS decides to take offense or defense first. Only one {1) player is allowed in motion at a time.

The loser of the coin toss chooses the direction. A player must have at least one foot inbounds when making a reception.

The offensive team takes possession of the ball at its own 5-yard line. Once the ball is advanced beyond LOS, only the ball-carrier can possess the ball until the play is dead.

The offensive team has four downs to cross midfield for a first down. If they do, they get four more downs to score a TD
