I've made some osservation regarding energy regeneration for the active skill and
I reached the conclusion that all units need 100 energy but they get a diiferent ammount
of energy. The amount doesn't seem to follow any particular scheme and it varries form
5 energy (Cinderella) to 20 (Caterpillar and many others).

Unfortunaly I didn't manage to mesure the energy for each character but if you want to
help me complite the list, you just need to tell me the number attacks needed to charge the activate the skill.

Credit to Jaowmaow~#1680 for the skill cooldown		The cooldown calculated may be not too precise (max 0.5 sec). The reaseon may be 4:
1) the Passive skill's animation can alter the timings
2) the units need to walk to get in range, altering the timings for Cinderella passive
3) sometimes units may have problems targetting the enemy, so they waste some time
4) the Attack interval could be inprecise but seem that many units use the same attack
interval

the cells coulored inyellow are the one that I didn't manage to fill. This may be because I
didn't manage to get that unit (snow white) or they have an irregular attack interval and
was too hard to fill mesure it.
