The following 3 tabs share the proposed Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours that an Apprentice going through their End Point Assessment would demonstrate.

I.e. We would not expect someone at the start of their apprenticeship journey to demonstrate these skills, behaviours or have this knowledge but through on the job training and off the job training, they would after 18 months.

The language used in these KSBs needs to be relevant for all parts of the industry so whilst specific terms will be used in different sectors, we need to have a common language in this document that is still understandable by all.
