Sustainable Development Financing (ICESDF) must be a bottom up approach with all intended recipients for true and meaningful development to take place

In my opinion the issues related to social welfare are relegated to the last row of the new concepts of sustainable development. Players who have not prepared their old age, are burdens for youth. or they exert actions that have negative effects on the environment. Moreover, in the least developed countries and even in some emerging countries, social security remains poor.
The question I ask is this:
How important do you accorez Social Welfare in financing sustainable development.
I am trying to conduct research foresight in developing countries.

Voici nos observations ;

It seems that this court case has very seriously undermined international debt relief programs.|

Would it be possible for it to be provided before Friday's briefing? |
How can we know what questions to ask when it has been almost impossible to figure out what the Experts Group has actually been doing, what general conclusions it has been coming to, or what primary areas of work it is focusing on.
Unfortunately, I have felt like my suggestions and recommendations have sort of fallen in a black hole and it has been impossible to tell if anyone might have read or made use of them or not. Other than the occasional periodic consultations and briefings with civil society and the Open Working Group this process has pretty much lacked openness and transparency. It has not been at all what was anticipated in Rio - at least not from my point of view.

But they are not the type of questions that UN processes usually respond adequately to. Would the Experts Group consider recommending that the UN General Assembly actually put in place specific programs and policies that are sufficient to respond fully to all of the situations and needs that are being expressed.|
There is a similar need to establish and fund programs that support civil society participation and leadership in implementing and achieving the SDGs, Targets and all other UN commitments and agreements. Would you consider recommending that such funding be made available to civil society as well and that adequate programs, funds, and new tax policies (such as on land and natural resources) be established that are sufficient for doing so??

In order to achieve lasting peace we need to reduce the production and overflow of weapons and convert military industry into useful industry for people and the planet. 10% of the world's military expenditure is enough to meet the MDGs. How can we ensure that peace becomes a SDG and that we get a target of 10% yearly worldwide reduction in military expenditure to benefit sustainable development, social justice and peace?|

The rhetoric is focused on generating new liquidity for financing. We would like to highlight the role of structural interventions that would encourage Sd practices and discourage unsustainable practices- Ecological tax reform that shifts the collection base from value addition and labour to extraction.|
We would also like to highlight the UNEP ERSIC Initiative- ( Ecological Risk integration to Sovereign Credit)
