1Complete the Due Dilligence tab first. Ensure that you have the information required to accompany the bid available

2Complete the Bid tab next. You should answer all the questions, failure to do so will invalidate the bid

3Complete the costings. Remember to include all costs relating to the management of the bid as well as those relating to individual courses

4Starting on line 14 DELETE THE EXAMPLE LINE , please enter course term using the dropdown on individual lines(one line one course). For repetitive course data please note that you can copy and paste lines

5Enter the number of hours the course will run. Do not include hours spent on initial assessment, admin, planning or any other non-delivery time. This column is for time spent with learners

6Enter the number of learners you aim to have on your course. This data will be used to work out the "value for money" score and will become part of the key performance indicator so be realistic!

7Enter the title of your course. This may be used for our brochure or website so please be mindful of using the full title, make it descriptive and check your spelling!

8This is where you enter the hourly fee levied to learners. Please check the prospectus documentation carefully (Fee section). Please enter 0 (zero) for no fee.

9Enter the hourly fee for people in receipt of a concession (reduced) fee. For guidance on fees please see the prospectus

10Please enter any other income. This may be a contribution from another funding source or a direct contribution from for example an employer

11Please enter the estimated (average) number of people on a concessionary rate for this type of course

13Enter your tutor costs including any oncosts (e.g. costs relating to Pension and National Insurance contributions for example)

14Enter any resource or material per hour. If you have an overall costs then please divide this by the number of course hours

16Enter the examination fee for 1 learner. The calculations for the whole course will be done for you
