MC MAC Address Option 1Management Controller (MC) MAC Address allocation algorithm - Option 1.

The end-user shall edit the following fields as applicable:
num_ports - Number of line side ports available on the OCP NIC 3.0 card
max_parts - Number of partitions per port, per host
num_hosts - Number of supported hosts
first_addr - Base MAC address. Enter MAC as 12 hexadecimal characters with no byte delimiters.

MC MAC Address Option 2Management Controller (MC) MAC Address allocation algorithm - Option 2. This algorithm sequentially assigns the MAC addresses per Example 4 in the specification.

The end-user shall edit the following fields as applicable:
num_ports - Number of line side ports available on the OCP NIC 3.0 card
max_parts - Number of partitions per port, per host
num_hosts - Number of supported hosts
first_addr - Base MAC address. Enter MAC as 12 hexadecimal characters with no byte delimiters.
