Direct Path Programs
8
George Washington Univ.Direct entry program and I think her profile (34 ACT, 19 AP/H classes/4.6gpa) would make her pretty compelling to them
9
Univ. of RochesterA very competitive 8 year medical program called REMS
10
Univ of Pittsburgh7 yr med program - they have a highly selective guaranteed admission program (I have a Stanford admit that wasn’t offered GAP) but the Pitt undergraduate program is outstanding, and high achievers may be good candidates for Schreyer Honors College. Pittsburgh, as a city, is a life sciences hub.

Great (and {maybe} slightly less selective) Programs:
14
LehighThey added a College of Health, and a number of my pre-med interested students are finding they really like the idea of adding coursework and/or a minor in public health. Also, tons of research opportunities available at Lehigh starting as early as first year.
15
Case WesternCleveland Clinic name drop could help; "you can always apply for PPSP" if student has significant medical experience and needs to feel special. The program is selective but if applying for PPSP gets them to apply at all...Really, really good STEM programs and strong advising in pre-med. Plus with the Cleveland Clinic right there students can get critical volunteer and internship experience. I actually had an aspiring pre-med student last year choose Case over Wash U, mostly for this reason (and because they gave him more money).

University of California's If students are interested in larger public schools (though some of these aren't exactly "likely") UCLA, Cal, UCSD, UCDavis and UCI have strong pre-med programs.
25
UNC Chapel Hill If students are interested in larger public schools (though some of these aren't exactly "likely")
26
Clark UniversityGood program
27
Franklin and MarshallGood program
28
East Carolina University has an early assurance program for physicians.
29
Rice BS/MD program; has been appealing to some of my really strong pre-med kids
30
Trinity University in Texas They have some terrific scholarship programs, and really a tremendous faculty as well. I was interested to learn while visiting there last week (in conjunction with NACAC) just how many faculty at Rice University send their children to Trinity. I think it is partly due to a tuition exchange program but, still, it speaks to the quality of what Trinity is offering.
31
Washington U in St. Louis BS/MD program - among the pseudo-Ivies... but for pre-med... it might merit a look.
32
UC RiversideWhile she may turn up her nose at this good option, Perhaps the direct=entry program could sweeten the pot?
33
Univ. of Missouri-Kansas CityWhile this may stink even more, this college has an outstanding six-year medical program.
34
EmoryNot a safety, but she looks good for their stats.
35
Barnard Smaller Liberal Arts Colleges and women's colleges - Basically on Columbia's campusYou could make the argument that smaller colleges means less competition for research opportunities, closer relationships with faculty > stronger recommendations, etc. etc. And women's colleges are particularly well-suited to support women in STEM fields.
36
Wellesley Smaller Liberal Arts Colleges and women's colleges - You could make the argument that smaller colleges means less competition for research opportunities, closer relationships with faculty > stronger recommendations, etc. etc. And women's colleges are particularly well-suited to support women in STEM fields.

Penn State Universitydirect admit medical option, also strong in these fields
43
CarletonI would also try to get a student like this to consider any top liberal arts college, even some of the most selective ones. I tend to think that even in a very selective admissions process it is just a touch easier to stand apart.

55
William & Mary I had another student like the one you are describing who finally added W&M at the last minute, and while it is certainly another really selective place for pre-med students, that's where she ended up and she has settled in really well there.
56
Univ. of VermontTheir honors college is another one our students will sometimes consider
57
McGillFor strong test takers, McGill could be a good option if they are open to going to Canada.
58
St. Andrews Now ranked #1 in the UK and older than the Ivies!
59
Boston CollegeThey will admit top kids in RD with this profile. If REA/ED doesn’t workout, the student's tune might change.

Muhlenberg College Early Assurance Program: https://www.muhlenberg.edu/admissions/templemedprogram/
61
UTDallasNot-so-selective, science-heavy college with a stellar (and uber competitive) elite scholarship program: McDermott Scholars Program. The McDermott routinely recruits students who have Ivy & other highly competitive options but elect to enroll at UTD because of the unbelievable financial support and opportunities they provide for their scholars. UTD's Honors College is also excellent, and if she wasn't selected for the McDermott, I feel like she'd be a great candidate for it.
