Tends to compare ALLDATA labor times with Mitchell in order to get a better avearage because the information can be drastically different.
Stated that he mainly uses ALLDATA and Identifix and that he didnt consider Identifix a replacement for ALLDATA. He does not use Identifix for into lookup but instead real world fixes.

-IDFX purchased through an ASSOCIATION--they have both IDFX and ALLDATA.
-Do not like IDFX has tons of repetitive data.
-Said IDFX has decent OEM data coverage
-they do not trust labor rates--but rates are getting better.
-when they looked at PRO and Gen 3 side by side--they liked comparing and became more comfortable w/Gen 3 when seeing both.

Selected Vehicle and went to system and components. Continued by using bread crumbs and clicked service and repair icon. Found very quickly without a problem. Just to play with program tried the Search. Did not see scroll bar for more search results.
COMMENTS
"you almost always use both at the same time".

Thought that "ALL TSBs" under bread crumbs was "ALL" for the vehicle and not the specific category.
This informatin is "absolutly critical"

When asked about all fluids on one page, subject stated "not all fluids...Would be interesting and then look through to find the one you want".

Stated that doenst use Auto Zone parts because they are poor quality.

Tended to use navigation path and then realized could have used Search part way through. Wouldn't have an issue if having to switch. Subject was very computer savy. Has issues with Manage Online not being able to integrate with World Pac. Will switch to Mitchell if not able to fix. .
