Please complete this form if you are looking to PROVIDE childcare due to school cancellations or other reductions of hours at your job/sSAFTY NOTES:
Social distancing is super important, so please stay cautious, clean, and safe. Please do not provide OR receive childcare if:
*you have been in an airport in the last two weeks
*If you have other jobs that put you at high risk of being a carrier
*you have high risk people that live with you who you engage with regularly
*if you feel sick in ANY WAY.

I want to connect people when there are needs on both sides right now, but I don't want to contribute to the spread of this pandemic.

Lauren Jackson202-445-1955laurenericajackson@gmail.comxxxxAs far north as Timonium/Cockeysville, as far south as BWI/Catonsville (essentially anywhere accessible by bus/MARC train)NoI've done paid childcare here and there, for a family in Fed Hill and a family in Towson. I've been an aunt nearly all my life and so I've cared for children that way growing up, changing diapers etc. I have lots of teaching experience, and that has been my primary paid interaction with children. I first started working as a teaching artist with Single Carrot in 2017. That particular school was a challenging population, so I learned lots about managing difficult behaviors and my already naturally patient disposition gained some muscle. Since then I've also led camps with Single Carrot and Everyman Theatre, working with K-2 children as recently as this winter. I also cook, and have received professional development training on social-emotional learning.

Temidayo Amay240-751-7186moriamotakibu@gmail.com🌻🌻🌻Washington Metropolitan Area✨noBig sister, nanny, child care specialist emphasizing play, learning through play, and holistic child care. My secret power is getting 3 year olds to eat their vegetables. Training: Smithsonian's Discovery Theater (PreK - Highschool), Young Playwrights Theatre (Middle/High School), Applerouth Tutoring Services (elementary school). Experience: 18 months to 7 years old, overnight childcare and bedtimes are my strong suit. Favorite moments: Watching Charlie Bassett (Tia Shearer's bug) and piggy back riding to the park.

Theresa Columbus410 926-8500theresacolumbus@gmail.comyesyesyesyesI would prefer to ride my bike, so about a 5-6 mile radius from downtown Franklin and Eutaw, a block from the Enoch Pratt Library Central BranchnoI have been a teaching artist for 10 years in Baltimore City Schools and centers, ranging from toddler to 10th grade, teaching both art and theater. I recently, since January, have been nannying a 1.5 year old part time, and enjoy it a lot. There have been many babies in my family and I have always been good with kids. I love tapping into kids' natural propensities to be exploratory, creative, and amazing.
