3	HUD brightness		Y	1.2.6	HUD brightness is reveresed from center display. At night, HUD goes to max brightness setting. During the day, the HUD dims.	Jan
4	Auto defrost will not turn off		Y	1.2.6	Rear window defrost function will not shut off. Neither the control on the main screen or in the overhead console will disable it. It can be turned off for a moment and then it turns back on.
5	Auto-dimming mirrors		Y	1.2.6	Similar to HUD, these seem to be only active during the day, and switched off at night.	Jan
6	Laser light settings		Y	1.2.6	Laser light settings change regardless of setting shown in menu. Sometimes it's the opposite, sometimes it's a mix of orange and white.
7	Pilot Assist steering wheel sensitivity		Y	1.2.6	Pilot Assist system warns to put hand on steering wheel even if hand is resting there. Still occuring after v1.1.22
8	Display brightness		Y	1.2.6	Car defaults to full brightness on displays. If display brightness setting is opened (in shortcut or light menu) it shows correct position on slider. If you touch the slider it immediately reverts to desired light level.	Jan
9	Reverse autobrake sensitivity		Y	1.2.6	Car triggers automatic braking when no people, cars, or structures are around. Seems to have been resolved by v1.2.6 after several drive cycles.

11	AC charging limited or not possible		Y	1.2.15	When AC charging, the car is limited to <16 amps or doesn't charge at all. Diagnosed as a combo of hardware (on-board charger) and software failure. DC charging is not effected. Resolved for most w/ v1.2.15
12	False occupancy alarm	Reintroduced w/ 1.2.15	Y	1.3.17	Car activates occupancy alarm even if car is completely empty. Still occuring after v1.1.22. Was resolved with v1.1.23, but has returned for many with v1.2.15	v1.1.23

14	Rear climate control adjustment issue		Y	1.3.17	If rear passenger adjusts climate, the system will automatically go to 62 degrees shortly after adjustment. Does not happen if rear climate is adjusted through front screen.
15	Forgotten digital key profile connection	1.2.6	Y	1.3.17	Car will regularly (every 24-48 hours) drop the connection made between a digital key and a profile. This also seems to deactivate the unlock on approach/lock on walk away.
16	Puddle lights		N		Puddle lights will often not illuminate or will flash orange and white.
17	Forgotten welcome light sequence		N		Car forgets the welcome light sequence setting. Menu will show it "on", but it does not work. Toggling the virtual switch re-enables it temproararily.
18	"Connect" call volume		N		When contacting Polestar Customer Support through the car, there is no way to control the volume and the default is at a very high volume.
19	Driver's seat position not tied to profile		N		Driver seat position settings are not retained with a driver profile. Claimed to be resolved with v1.4.12, but has mixed results for different owners/users.
20	Rear hatch height setting not retained		N		The rear hatch does not retain the programmed height position (position hatch to desired height, press and hold close button until two beeps are heard).
21	Cannot change headlights in drive		N		Cannot adjust headlights to parking light or off position while in drive (options greyed out). This is necessary under certain driving conditions.
22	Wiper setting not retained		N		Wiper settings are not retained between drives. In release notes for v1.2.15, this is said to be intentionally set to auto.
23	SiriusXM starts on unlock, shuts off when door is opened		N		SiriusXM audio will begin as soon as car is unlocked, but then turns off once driver door is opened.
24	Seat and steering wheel heat presets overriding user input		N		If driver or passenger change the seat or steering wheel climate settings, the car will revert to the presets a few minutes later. It will only do this once with each driving session.
