Prosystem modify/update with rpm-ostreecommercial backed, all K8s provision based on RKE - written in goThe first OS that runs a stripped down Kubernetes binary as PID1. A great option for Raspberry Pi's and other edge devices.Modern take on cluster management via a GRPC api. Strong security focus.Build time management of immutable Kubernetes clusters.Fork of CoreOS - trying to continue on the original philosophies and provide a seamless transition from the original project.Designed to run on ESX.

ConEOL: https://coreos.com/os/eol/limited documentation, failed on ssh keys provision and no password resetChanging go to modify provisioning ? K3s is aimed at Edge, IoT, CI and ARM. Not a full Kubernetes distro so not suitable for generic production cloud clusters.
No built in support for networking with bridge or vlan/lacp
All management via gRPC - limited and slow to improve :( This looks more like a PoC than something you'd actually run in production.New company, unsure how long development efforts and support will be provided.
Same as FedoraCoreOS, uses ignition
The online docs are terrible. I gave up trying to find the details needed for this table.
