ProBest automated upgrade system with live system reload. Still under active development with regular releases.Run a production ready modern Kubernetes cluster with upgrade capability on a cut down OS that should require less operational management.Modern take on cluster management via a GRPC api. Strong security focus. The first OS that runs a stripped down Kubernetes binary as PID1. A great option for Raspberry Pi's and other edge devices.Build time management of immutable Kubernetes clusters.Designed to run on ESX.

ConRedhat acquisition and integration with OpenShift has slowed everything down and cast doubt on what the final result will be. Why does Tectonic only support Kubernetes 1.9 in the latest release?Docker as PID1 isn't great when most view this as a bloated security nightmare and want to remove it from the stack entirely.Small team and a danger that the main guy may get bored which would instantly kill this project.K3s is aimed at Edge, IoT, CI and ARM. Not a full Kubernetes distro so not suitable for generic production cloud clusters. This looks more like a PoC than something you'd actually run in production. The online docs are terrible. I gave up trying to find the details needed for this table.
