4 | EC North continued to flex its offensive muscles on a Tuesday afternoon at Carson Park as they defeated the Hudson Raiders by a score of 9-0. On the day the Huskies banged 9 runs on 9 hits and had a solid pithing performance from senior Tanner Halvorson who went 5 innings gave up 3 hits 0 runs and had 5 strikeouts. North got the scoring started early scoring 1 in the first after a leadoff walk to last years Big Rivers player of the year Zac Stang. He would score on a sac fly from Nick Hestekin later in the inning. In the third inning, they would add to the lead, scoring 3 runs on two hits and two walks. The fourth and fifth innings were more of the same, combining for 5 runs on 6 hits with uncommitted junior Jalen Williams putting an exclamation point on the inning with a mammoth HR to left-center field.
