1	Instructions (delete this section before submitting this file):
2	1. Do not rename the postal_code column. See the Field definitions tab for column details.
3	2. Each row must be a unique postal code.
4	5. Save as a CSV file (.gz optional), named: esc_postal_codes.<YYYY_MM_DD>.csv(.gz) — for example, esc_postal_codes.2026_07_21.csv.
5	4. Share the file with your Customer Success Manager, or upload it to incoming/program_id=<your_program_id>/ in the shared AWS S3 bucket.
6	* Always upload/share the complete file whenever the data changes.
7	** Files that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
