Finish the following exercises for time:

- Run 1 (400m on soft sand or 600m on hard surface, ideally with some stairs or hills)-

- 50 bodyweight squats & 50 KB shoulder presses

- Run 2

- 50 burpees (chest-not-to-the-floor) and 50 crunches

- Run 3

- 50 push ups & 50 KB upright rows
9
- Run 4

THE RULES : you can choose which of the two exercises you do first and you have to finish the full 50 reps before starting the second exercise. Make sure you perform the exercises safe and with good form!
