8 | Influencer Outreach Templates (For Filmmakers) Amazon Affiliate Program Instructions | Update the Outreach Tab with your efforts. Add in any Partners (organizations, brands, non-profits, or businesses) that you have worked closely with throughout the filmmaking process for this project or with any partners that you believe may be a synergistic fit in the release of the film. Additionally, also add in any influencers who may be a good spokesperson for the project. This can include influencers with no existing ties to the project but whose audience closely aligns with the target audience of your film. To help incentivize influencers consider offering them an Amazon affiliate link, details of this program are to the left. Discussions should be in motion months out from the release, but the actual marketing of the film should take place as close to the release date as possible. B8 will provide pitching ideas in the Marketing Campaign tab and conduct additional outreach. | ||
9 | Line up podcast and publication features to be released preferably during the pre-order window or immediately after the release. Please include any efforts in the Outreach Tab. | |||

(This can include the film's cast, crew, partners, friends, family, Kickstarter list, etc.) B8 will provide recommended email blasts dates on the Marketing Campaign Tab. | ||
12 | Marketing Strategy Deck Facebook Groups to Join/Promote | Film Social Media (see Marketing Strategy Deck for best tips) Set up social accounts and begin posting immediately if you haven’t already. You should be posting to Facebook and Instagram. Consider Twitter and Tiktok depending on your target audience. Prepare and post social media assets leading up to the release (e.g. behind the scenes, countdown cards, quote cards, stills, character cards, etc). B8 will be creating a "Marketing / Social Toolkit," which will include customized content options for your team to share. This will be available in the "Marketing Assets" will be ready when we have our follow up phone call. | ||
13 | Be sure to encourage your community to leave reviews and don't forget to share this information on your socials and in your email blasts.
