Each team must fill in all fields. No team may play in a game (scrimmage or league) until they have a USA Hockey Roster.

All Players MUST be listed on the USA Hockey Roster BEFORE they play (includes all ALTERNATES).

All coaches on the bench and the team manager must be listed on the USA Hockey Roster.

Fill in each field as info is determined so your Commissioner has contact info for your team. USA Hockey Roster Link should uploaded as soon as yur team receives it and no later than end of scheduling period.

Once you have completed scheduling your home and away games, enter BOTH into your matrix and email the EXCEL matrix to your commissioner
