Vacuum your family car.Video yourself making a dessert for a meal. Take a picture of your family enjoying it.Random act of kindness. Do something nice for someone. This cannot be recorded, you must write your experience.Design a family tree, going back as far as you can.Make a side dish for your family's meal (focus on My Plate foods).

Sweep and mop your kitchen floorVisit a grandparent or other family member who lives nearby that you haven't seen for a while.Write a thank you note and deliver it.Organize your school supplies by creating an organization system for your classes that works for you.Pack a healthy lunch for school one day this week.

Clean out your closet (give clothes and shoes away that you haven't worn in a year (*with parents permission).Eat dinner with your family at least one night this week at the dinner table. Catch up and take a picture.Bake cookies for someone.Look up what a SMART goal is. Make one and stick to it this week.Start a collection of favorite healthy recipes.

Clean out the refrigerator. Check food expiration dates. When in doubt, ask a parent.Create a new song with a friend and practice it.Wash your parent's car by hand.Compare prices between four different stores or web sites on an item you want to buy. Make a healthy snack, bring it to school, and share with a friend.

Vacuum the living room.Ask a parent or other adult to help you change a tire. Random act of service- volunteer to help someone with a project.Create a list of your accomplishments, experience, and personal information for the day when you apply for a job.Take a long relaxing walk, with your cell phone turned on silent.

Make your bed everyday this week.Come to class prepared to tell a funny joke or story (MUST BE APPROPRIATE)Do something for your parents to decrease their stress (clean, take care of siblings, etc)Locate a job in the want ads (newspaper, online) that you would be able to do.Research and prepare a healthy meal for your family.

Pull out couch cushions and clean/vacuum under them.Host a family game night.Repair someone's clothing they haven't worn because it needed to be fixed.Your focus for a summer job is to earn money mowing lawns or babysitting. Write a resume and turn it in.Excercize for 30 minutes every day for a whole week.

Make sure your kitchen sink is cleaned out for a week - no dishes or water stains.Gather your family together and take a family pictureLook beyond yourself and find someone you know who is struggling with an issue. Do something for this person to let them know things will be okay.Talk to a family member and learn a story about them you've never heard. Document your experience.Spend a week without texting, and call or visit someone in person instead.

Take trash out every day for a week.Help your sibling with homework without being asked.Babysit a sibling or other family member (elementary or younger).Team up with a classmate and study for a test together.Play a sport with your friends or family (other than a school sponsored sport).

Laundry: wash, dry, fold two loads.Chat with a classmate, someone you would not ordinarily choose as a friend. Write a one-paragraph reflection of how it went.Surprise your parent(s) with a breakfast in bed. This does not need to include cooking.Follow your passion. Research how to get involved in an area that holds much interest to you. List five steps you could take that would point you in that direction.Go to bed an hour earlier for a week and get your much needed sleep. What kind of difference does it make in your day?

Organize and wipe down a kitchen cabinet.Go for a walk, bike ride, hike, etc. with a family member.Make a family member's lunch for a day during the week.Look up on YouTube how to (pick one): *Tie a tie, *Fold a Fitted Sheet, *Swaddle a baby. Do it and record/take a picture.Turn off your electronic device and just spend 20 minutes listening to music, drawing, coloring, etc. Experience 'down' time.

This sheet will be put on Google Classroom, so NO EXCUSES if you are absent. You are still responsible for your work because you have it ahead of time. A teacher sign-off will be necessary for each completed square.
