This calculator is primarily a sandbox for manufacturing STAR Voting elections, but it has many uses.

This calculator supports up to 32 candidates and hundreds of thousands of unique ballot permutations.The two candidates with the most stars overall are Deegan and Eli.

The Ballot Data tab is where you "fill out the ballots". An example is there to show how its formatted.

The first column in that tab is always for the number of ballots filled out in that specific way (permutation).40 voters gave more stars to Deegan than Eli.

In this tab, the descriptions on the right and in row 12 walk you through the STAR Voting tally.47 voters gave more stars to Eli than Deegan.
