Attendees will arrive between 7:30-8:00AM on both days November 20-21. We expect the sessions to end around 3:30-4PM both days. (The schedule still needs to be finalized.) The set up time for your display will be from 6-7:30AM.

To add excitement and incentive, we will be raffling off prizes to attendees who complete their Bingo cards. We kindly ask for your support and consider donating a prize valued at $25 or more. Your generous contribution will be acknowledged during the raffle.
