44		1. Type names of all persons occupying each room. Indicate "M: for Male or "F" for Female. List advisor rooms first indicating "A" .

46		2. Insert type of room desired (quad, triple, double). Remember you will be billed for the number of persons per room – not for the accommodation checked. If you wish to room students with another school, YOU will need to make the arrangements. Both schools should list the appropriate information and make notations on their individual forms.
