* Leave your cell phone silenced in the cubby - this is your time!
* Bring your mat, towel, and a water bottle with a lid.
* Wear what you feel most comfortable working out in!
* classes marked with a icon, you can wear clean non-black shoes. Please put them on at the studio. Clean floors = happy feet!
* Bring a friend, and receive 5 for referring them!
* Feel free to ask any questions :)
* Walk-ins welcome.
*Appointments highly recommended.
