CLEAN FLEET VEHICLE AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM DATA REPORT

InstructionsEvery reporting period, the grantee shall enter miles driven and fuel used (Columns G-I) into the Data Entry tab for each vehicle received as a part of the Clean Fleet Vehicle and Technology Grant Program.

The information entered into the Data Entry tab will automatically populate the Fleet Summary Data tables below.

The actual Vehicle Operational Data Form for each entity will be located on the Budget and Deliverables tracker shared at the post-award meeting.
