Two students will be selected to carry out these activities in English; one for French; one for German; and one for Italian.
Universitat de Valencia language learning centresLanguage requisit: Language in which conversation groups will be led (native-level or C2 language certificate). Candidates must be at least 18 years old upon commencement of the traineeship. Our Service uses Catalan as its working language. All teaching-related activities conducted by the trainee will be in target language (i.e. English, French, German, Italian, etc. as applicable). Interns will receive day-to-day support in English, French, German, Catalan or Spanish, as appropriate.Period: Sept - May (9 months). Exceptionally, we will consider applications for shorter stays. Financial contribution: 650 euros per month before tax (approx. 550 euros after tax). This stipend will be paid in addition to the Erasmus+ Traineeship programme grant (amount depends on sending country, approx. 450-650 euros/month) or similar funding granted by the sending institution prior to the commencement of the traineeship.

Non-profit OrganisationAs an intern with us you can work full-time or part-time (30-100% position) for a period of 3-12 months, depending on your situation. You would be working in our secretariat, which is responsible for our day-to-day operations. The secretariat consists of three full-time and two part-time employees. Our office is located in central Oslo, Norway, but it’s also possible for our office staff to work from home 1-2 days per week if this fits with the tasks at the time.

Your responsibilities:
• Office administration: participate in weekly meetings with colleagues, reply to emails and office phone, organise post, update databases and similar.
• Programme administration: assist with processing applications, organise interviews of applicants to our programmes including coordination of volunteers, communicate with applicants, participants, and partner organisations, assist with travel logistics (visa applications, plane tickets, etc.), and assisting our programme coordinators with other tasks at hand.
• Miscellaneous tasks: assist with bigger events, greet and assist students in travel transit in Oslo area, assist with marketing tasks if you have experience or passion for marketing, other smaller tasks.
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the time of year. Working some evenings from time to time could be required.
