PLEASE READ: There are only 3 reasons to exceed your Personal Hourly Cap: 1) It's your first month with a new client and ID has approved a few extra training hours for the Onboarding Call, Strategy Calls, etc. 2) You're training a replacement manager on an account you're planning to exit and ID has approved a few extra training hours. 3) You're covering for your co-manager while they're offline and have temporarily taken on some of their hours. For reasons 1 and 2, ID will let you know ahead of time how many extra hours are available, otherwise your total hours logged for each client account should never exceed your Personal Monthly Cap. InboxDone can only guarantee pay for hours that have been preapproved. Do not pull hours from future months to use in current months.
