1. Document the process, step-by-step, from when the student enrolls in WBL through CALPADS reporting.

2. For each WBL type, determine who needs to be notified upon WBL enrollment (it will differ by type)

(e.g. CALPADS Data Coordinator, Workability Coordinator, Credentials, Internship Provider, etc.)

3. Include deadlines, timeframe expectations and task frequencies in the written process.

4. Determine who enters each data component into the Student Information System (SIS)
