How to use this Email Marketing Calendar
58
59
1)
Go to the last sheet (called Data).
60
2)
Fill out the fields with your company's data. In Team Members, put the names of everyone who will be creating emails.
Email Types and Statuses already have some examples for you. Feel free to use them, add to them, or replace them with your own.
Also put in any Goals you might have, and the names of your email lists. This is all optional, and you can always add new ones or update it later.
61
3)
Look at the Holidays on the calendar. Be sure to add any other Holidays or dates that are special to your business.
62
4)
Obviously, you might want to send out emails for a Holiday before that specific date. Feel free to also mark these dates.
