5	Part 1:	Fill out the TTM SDE for the business you are looking at	Pay attention to the Notes in the various cells to reveal additional details/information/terminology
6		Fill out the Net Purchase price of the business
7		Fill out the growth overfund amount	These are funds added to the SBA loan to finance growth / integration costs
8		Fill out the Acquisition Support Costs	These are funds added to the SBA loan to support the cost incurred during the acquisition. $150,000 in this case covers the cost of the Accelerator+ Program.
9	Part 2:	Fill out the Project Financing Terms	Note that buyer equity is a % of the total project cost (incl. overfund), and seller financing is a percentage of the net purchase price
10	Part 3:	Fill out the Loan Terms for the SBA Loan	The calculator defaults to the standard 10.5% SBA rate.
11		Fill out the Loan Terms for the Seller Financing
12	Part 4:	Fill out the "actuals"	This is in the second tab. "Actuals" refer to the real, historical financial figures and performance data of the business found in Year 0.
13	Part 5:	Start forecasting business performance
14		Enter in your projected revenue growth for each year
15		Enter in your projected gross profit growth for each year
16		Enter different marketing spend scenarios
17		Enter different headcount support cost scenarios	Non COGs operating expenses needed to support growth. Warehouse people, customer service, managers, etc.
18		Enter different CAPEX depreciation fund scenarios	Capital expenses needed to support growth. Trucks, equipment, machinery, new offices, etc.
19	Part 6:	Play with your exit timeline.	This allows you to move the exit to year 2 or 3 and see the returns if you copy and paste.
