How important is it to you that this feature is present?CommentsFeature 13The runner wants to know their lactate threshold so that they can run a realistic pace for their upcoming race.

The runner could see this during a workout, or if not possible, afterwords in the app. For example, if they hit 6:00 min/mile pace the chart would indicate that this is the pace when they would hit their threshold.

The lactate threshold is a good predictor of what exercise pace can be maintained over a prolonged period of time without fatigue.

I think having a user input tracking method would be a step back.I like itI can tolerate it5This is a cool feature for those that use a trainer regularly. Running, Cycling6-8 hours5VO2 Max, Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate, Power output, Sleep6 or moreI like itI can tolerate it3Depending on the activity this data may be displayed on another unit (Garmin/Wahoo)I like itI can tolerate it6Having data at a quick glance is extremely beneficial. My current workflow consists of widgets and it has made training/performance extremely accessible.I feel neutralI feel neutral1Strava currently contains a very robust feature set that would be hard to compete with. Depending on data provided on the route/performance it may be a decent replacement.I feel neutralI feel neutral1My personal plan is not necessarily focused on diet as this is something that I tend to manage. What I would consider is the estimated calories burned/activity and the estimated carb/calorie intake needed. Ex: my training plan dictates a 4 hour training ride at Z2, Lucid would recognize the caloric need and provide me with estimated carb/calorie intake during the ride. This would allow me to prep my fuel for the training event.I feel neutralI feel neutral4This is not important to me personally, but for female athletes this may be a key feature.I like itI feel neutral5I feel neutralI feel neutral1I like itI feel neutral5Athletes tend to be annoying in the fact that they feel they can push through any sort of physical or mental barrier. Having data based alerts for potential adverse outcomes WHILE engaged in an activity would be quite beneficial.I like itI can tolerate it6I am personally VERY motivated by events and tend to solely derive motivation based on said events. Having this as a metric would help motivate me and keep me consistent.I like itI am neutral4This metric is already stored in several datapoints for me on other sites and would not be a loss if functionality was not provided by Lucid. For those that don't track this type of data it could be a useful feature.I like itI am neutral5I'm not actively coaching, so this functionality would not be a loss for me.I can tolerate it8I can tolerate it1I'm a passive participant of social media.I like itI can tolerate it5I enjoy being able to see historic data for metrics like sleep. Being able to drill down on previous recordings for sleep etc. would be wonderful.

Running, Weight lifting2-4 hours3Pace0I like itI feel neutral4I like itI can tolerate it7Not sure those 4 metrics on the first question would have been the 4 metrics most important to me, so it would be nice to be able to customize and place the metrics I wanted to see on the main dashboard I expect itI can tolerate it7This is one of the main reasons I use apps is to keep a journal of my workouts and to be able to compare stats from similar runs in the past I like itI feel neutral1I track my macros using MyFitnessPal. It’s quite a process logging meals all day and MyFitnessPal has a pretty robust library of items that makes it a million times easier to find the foods you’re eating to track with the macros already there. If it wasn’t as robust as MyFitnessPal, I couldn’t see wanting to use this for that. But if you could integrate and get the macros from MyFitnessPal (I know there’s apps that do this), that would make your app more valuable in terms of viewing all your stats in one place as the day goes on. It’s also only valuable in my opinion if you can enter your macro goals and see how you are doing as the day goes on. Ex. “23g protein needed to hit goal today 157/180”…something like this.I feel neutralI feel neutral1I’m a male. Probably valuable to femalesI feel neutralI feel neutral2I feel neutralI feel neutral2I feel neutralI feel neutral1I’m thinking about some hypochondriacs I know in my life and if this went off and they weren’t really having a medical emergency, I think they’d be freaking out and not trust the app in the future. As someone who is not a hypochondriac, I’m still unsure if I’d want this. If you’re set on having this, maybe let the user be able to turn the feature on/offI like itI feel neutral5I am neutralI am neutral4I like itI am neutral4I am neutral12I am neutral4I am neutralI am neutral4
