Half Marathon starts at 0630 up Left Fork Hobble Creek Canyon and goes to Spring Acres Arts Park. Very easy event for the most part, You will be reporting progress of race to NCS and any issues that come up. We will be using a couple of the repeaters for radio communications. Net Control, and stations in the canyon require mobile radio and a gain antenna. ARES Vest (lime green safety vest) is also required, an earpiece is recomended, but not required. This race should be done by 1200 noon.

147.34 repeater work ok from all locations. At start, a 75 watt radio with a tall yagi antenna aimed down canyon is a must.
