PLEASE NOTE - Deleting information that someone else has typed in will NOT be allowed. Extension Staff is notified when changes are made to the sign-up form.

Determine which shift you will be signing up for - you can either click on the date on the "Shifts Available" table to take you to that day's sign up, or you can select the date on the tabs at the bottom of the page.

Each day's page (tab at the bottom) has all the shifts available for that day. Locate the shift you would like to sign up for and add your name, phone number, email, and club to the corresponding cell.

IMPORTANT - You must sign up individuals and NOT families. (Correct - "Jane Clover" and not "Clover Family").

If you are signing up multiple children for the same shift, please put each child's name on separate lines.

Once you have entered all the information, you are finished. You do not need to select “save” or “submit” – the Google Sheet automatically will save any changes to the sheet as they are made.

ONE parent/adult is required to stay and help in the Food Stand with their child(ren) no matter the age. This includes all youth from K-13th Grade.
Parents & adults should sign up online following the same instructions as signing up youth members.

Extension Staff will go on to the Google Sheet and “protect” the cell once you have signed up – this will prevent families from making unauthorized changes to the sign-up.

If you need to switch to a different shift, please call the Extension Staff during normal office hours (M-F, 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm) at 507-835-0600. We are unable to accommodate Food Stand shift changes left on voicemail.

"On-Call" List
Despite our best efforts to align the amount of workers with the amount of traffic in the Food Stand, there are times we may be short on help and need extra hands. We are putting together an "On Call" list of 4-H parents, adults, and members who would be willing to help in addition to their 3 hr shift during times we are short help. A phone call and/or text will be sent to those on the list when additional help is needed. You are not obligated to work when additional help is needed. Most of the time, additional help is only needed for an hour or so. To sign-up, click on the "ON CALL List" tab below.
