5	Netconsole steps:
6	1) Use IE to browse to ftp://10.te.am.2 (which is the IP your robot should be at) t, e, a, and m are the digits of your team number	Example: for 2702, we go to 10.27.2.2	cout << "MyRobot -- operator cout";
7	2) Copy the ni-rt.ini file to a local spot on your hard drive		cerr << "MyRobot -- operator cerr";
8	3) Open it in a text editor. Don't open it in notepad, it has characters that notepad won't recognize		printf("MyRobot -- operator printf");
9	4) Find the EarlyStartupLibraries line. Add NetConsole.Out; to the string so it looks like EarlyStartupLibraries="NetConsole.out; ..." (the ... is more stuff)		Time sync source: rtc now active
10	5) Grab NetConsole from http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/frccupdates.html, install it and start it up		* Loading nisvcloc.out: nisvcloc
