Lighting Safety Data Collection
Enjoying live performances can be difficult for people with photosensitive Epilepsy and/or photosensitivity due to the risk of unexpectedly encountering dangerous flashing lights.

This data collection spreadshet aims to collect data about the usage of flashing lights for visual effect in your production so that people with photosensitivity may determine whether the production will be safe and accessible for them to watch.

Each row asks about each instance of flashing light individually.

The information you contribute through this survey may be communicated publicly through the FlashCue Project webpage to spread awareness of photosensitive accessibility in live performances.
