DIRECTIONS TO READ YOUR CHILD’s GROWTH CURVES
18
1. Simply click on the tabs at the bottom of the screen (e.g., “GraphBoysWeight”)
19
If you need to change the printing margins, be sure to check the alignment of the English scales.
20
DIRECTIONS FOR PRINTING GRAPHS:
21
1. Go to the desired worksheet. Choose File/Print Preview.
22
2. If the graph does not fill most of the page, you need to Close the Preview and "Select" the graph by clicking on its edge.
23
3. The charts are not WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get). To see what you'll be printing choose File/Print Preview. Keep in mind that the English scales are not precise because of this WYSIWIG problem & due to variations among printers.
24
4. If you need to change the printing margins, be sure to check the alignment of the English scales.
25
26
DIRECTIONS FOR EDITING THE CHART (if needed)
