SMART SOURCE RESULTS: EAGLE COUNTY RE 50
14
The Smart Source Final Report provides all of your school district's responses to Smart Source alongside comparisons to the state and region (when available). Comparisons are given to highlight the relative strengths and gaps in your schools' health practices and policies. We recommend that you use this report as a comprehensive data source, ideal for creating your own graphs, reports, and presentations.

Results are divided by sections in the survey across these tabs: 1) General Health Policies & Practices, 2) Nutrition, 3) Physical Education/Physical Activity, 4) Health Education, 5) Health Services, 6) Counseling, Psychological, and Social Services, 7) Healthy and Safe School Environments, 8) Family, Community, and Student Involvement, 9) Staff Health Promotion, 10) Local Wellness Policy. Some tab names are abbreviated for fit. For quick navigation between sections, use the Table of Contents located on the second tab titled 'Overview'.

The following explanations are useful for understanding the results tabs in this report:

1) Responses listed in the 'Best Practice Response' column align with best practices as identified by content experts. For items with multiple responses, all possible responses are listed and only those that align with best practice are marked with an asterisk (*). For items without a clearly defined best practice, a dash (-) is used.

2) The 'District Response' provides data by school level if at least one school in your district responded to a given item, whereas the 'Regional Response' and 'State Response' are provided by school level if there are responses from five or more schools, respectively. The sample size for each item may vary, depending on which items were displayed or skipped. If there is insufficient data, a dash (-) is used.
• For 'yes/no' items, the total percentage of schools that gave the best practice response is listed.
• For multiple choice items, the total percentage of schools that gave each possible response option is listed.
• For items where a number has been entered for the response, the average is reported.
