1Please make a copy of this Google sheet.
Click 'File', then click 'Make a copy' and add it to your Google drive. Do not copy individual tabs.

2Add list of students to All Students Sheet

Fields to include: student name, primary parent or guardian name, school, grade level, phone number, home language. Do not delete or change the order of columns in this sheet.

3Add list of callers to Calling Assignments Sheet

Fields to include: name of caller, email address, and language.
Do not delete or change the order of columns in this sheet.

4Generate calling assignments and individual tracking sheets for each caller by clicking the button below:

NOTE: When you first run the script by clicking the blue button, you will see an alert message telling you that the script you are about to run has not been verified by Google. Your workbook is copy of the original workbook and the associated script is a copy of our original script, so from Google's perspective it's now a new script.

When you see the alert message, it is safe to click on the 'Advanced' link in the lower left corner to display an explanation. It is also safe to click on 'Continue to Digital Bridge (unsafe)' to proceed to the user permissions settings. Accept those settings to access the workbook and the associated script.
