SWAP-O-RAMA-RAMA VOLUNTEER ROSTER
5
The rundown -How Swap-O-Rama-Rama works:
6
Bring a bag of clothes that you don't want anymore. All the clothes get sorted into big piles and then it's time to swap. There is no limit on what you can take. There will be stations set up where clothes can be modified or screen-printed or embellished. Parade them down the catwalk, or just bag them and run. There will be music, refreshments, and a DIY workshop series. It's a community event. A place to share your skills and learn new ones. There are no mirrors - you have to ask and trust your fellow swappers.

DESIGNERS AND SEWERS
34
This time round, we've split the designers and the sewers so there will be two groups. The first point of call will be the designers, who will help people come up with ideas and help them work out how to make them happen. Then, people will help pin/iron and prep their garments for the sewers. So, if you're not a strong sewer but love coming up with re-make ideas, grab a shift as a designer. If you would rather stick to the sewing side, sign up there. Or mix it up by grabbing a shift or two in each station.

CRAFT/MODIFICATION TABLE
53
Instead of running workshops, we'll have a table of materials and inspiration for people help themselves to. We'd like to have a pile of ideas and examples and people available to help get people started. At this station, you'll run mini-workshops or just join in the conversation.

Your job will be to run the screen printing station (machine kindly sponsored by Yudu http://www.whatdoyudu.com/). No experience is necessary. You can be trained the week before the event. It's a great way to learn a new skill. Screen printing designs are also welcome!
