All penetration values are for an average roll, values may vary +/-25%. I am unsure if the decay is a % value of the initial roll or if it is always the same absolute loss (does the D-25T always lose 13.1% or 23mm?). I'm guessing the former.

"Maximum" is the penetration of an average roll out to 100 meters. At that point it begins to linearly decay to the minimum value at 500 meters (excepting weapons with <720 meter range). 500 meters onward no more decay occurs. Weapons with <720 meter range begin to decay at 100 meters linearly towards their termination point. This can make for a very sharp decline.

Only weapons with a kinetic round are listed. If you see a round with only velocity (m/s) and range it is HEAT or HE, and does not suffer decay. (Note 9/26/2014 - Slowly adding other weapons and penetration values for other ammunition).

Weapons with 10,000 meter ranges are artillery pieces. Their range is governed by the arc of the shell, though. You'll not get to 10km.

Some of the weapons have names in the files that don't match what you see in the tech tree card, so there may be a little guess and check work involved.
