Services currently being offered – MPW continues to work with customers who are in need of financial assistance by offering payment arrangements and referrals to assistance programs. We continue to install school internet service for those who have been in contact with the school district and relay a need for service.

Internet Promotion for children without internet acces: $9.95/month for 3 months. MPW has committed to suspending all disconnections of any utility service during this crisis. MPW will also be waiving late fees associated with those facing hardships during the crisis. MPW is offering our most flexible payment arrangements and is prepared to work with every customer on a case-by-case basis.

We will be offering services both virtually and in person. Face-to-face services will be provided when clinically indicated and for clients who are not able to participate in virtual sessions. There may be times when we are meeting with clients in person outside of the open to the public hours.New Horizons continues to offer substance abuse evaluations, referral and counseling. With concerns about recovering individuals relapsing, and other individuals developing problems due to isolation, I think it would make sense to include us under emotional support.
