6				THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR THE THESIS

8	For all students who will register for the thesis examination, the following provisions apply :
9	1	Students submit the application file for the thesis examination, which consists of :
10		a	Academic Monitoring Book		:	I Sheet

12		c	Seminar Control Card		:	I Sheet
13		d	Certificate of Thesis Guidance / Final Project		:	I Sheet
14		e	Academic Grade Transcript		:	I Sheet
15		f	Certificate of Completion of Research (At Relevant Agencies)		:	I Sheet
16		g	Recommendation from the Head of Department		:	I Sheet

32	2	Students who have submitted the required documents at point 1 (one) above, the admin will provide an exam recommendation format
33	3	Students fill out the thesis exam recommendation format to ask for willingness to test, by simultaneously distributing the thesis script to the supervisor and examiner as evidenced by the original signature by the supervisor and examiner and ratified by the Head of Study Program or Head
34	4	After the thesis examination recommendation format has been completed, students register online at the page: www.simprodi.ung.ac.id 5. Students re-enter the thesis approval recommendation format to the department
35	5	Department Admin will issue invitations, exam schedules as well as test minutes and a list of thesis test scores based on recommendations tie the thesis exam.
36	6	Invitations, exam schedules as well as test minutes and a list of thesis test scores are issued no later than 3 days prior to the implementation of the thesis exam.
