10
11
The data collection began with a phone survey of SECA member groups in November 2019.
12
Since then it has been regularly updated with extra information from internet searches and news passed on by SECA members and by local councils.
13
PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP IT UP TO DATE by letting us know any updates and corrections .
14
15
The SECA survey is informal and information gathering is work in progress.
16
Nevertheless , we hope you will find it a useful tool to stimulate discussion and progress on climate action.

NB The 'CEUK score' is taken from the Climate Emergency UK website. Climate Emergency UK assessed plans according to 28 questions across nine sections, based on the expert-approved checklist for Council Action Plans.
24
Each council was marked against these criteria and given a right to reply before the scores underwent a final audit. This work was completed between June and December 2021.
