1. Organize four Quarterly Gatherings: Winter - February (Urban Livestock), Spring - April (Cross-cultural exchange), Summer June or July (Gala fundraiser), Fall - November (Cultivating Knowledge)

2. Organize at least three educational/networking/fundraising events (Movie & Mingles Nights, etc).

3. Develop new, more engaging and informative outreach materials: updated brochures/mini resource guides; presentation that outlines opportunities in urban agriculture in addition to promoting involvement with AUA's network; tabling materials such as DIY self-watering planter and instructions.

4. Produce four Quarterly Newsletters to precede Quarterly Gatherings: Winter (early-Feb), Spring (early April), Summer (mid Jun-early July), Fall (mid Oct-early Nov) with upcoming events, project profile, Working Group updates, volunteer calls, selected blog post(s), and other articles.

5. Identify and organize presentations with community groups, churches, garden clubs, etc. from at least 4 underrepresented zip codes over the course of the year.

6. Fundraising Drive: Meet budget goals through planned events and online outreach. Create donation forms to have at events. Develop strategy regular and compelling online donation solicitations (that are independent of newsletters), including mid-year and year-end asks.

7. Increase/strengthen partnering organization & local business relationships by creating a document tracking communication, partnerships, sponsorships, promotions, and donations, and sending at least 3 followup "donor stewardship" communications throughout the year.

8. Increase outreach to other related networks and listservs.

9. Develop standard evaluation forms for recurring AUA events, to be reviewed and acted upon (when appropriate) at Connections meetings.

10. Increase working group participation by planning a volunteer appreciation event in summer.

11. Draft annual calendar including Quarterly Gatherings, Newsletter release dates, SC & WG mtgs, Movie & Mingle Nights, Tours, Volunteer Appreciation event, fundraising solicitations, and donor stewardship emails.

12. Organize two neighborhood urban agriculture tours/field days (visit three growing sites, with learn/volunteer opportunities). 1st tour in late spring/early summer, 2nd tour in late summer/early fall. Neighborhoods TBD.

13. Table at no less than 12 Farmers Markets and other community/sustainability/etc events over the course of the year.

14. Increase membership to 1,400 through events, tabling, presentations, and online outreach.

15. Secure co-chair from AUA Steering Committee.
