Ratio:Open - 5v5. Mixed - 3:2 or 2:3

Mixed only - Captains must discuss ratio BEFORE the start of the game. This includes if/when ratio switch is going to happen.

If mixed teams cannot decide on a ratio, half the game will be played 3:2, and the second half will be 2:3 (or vice versa).

If a team has three DoW players, they may not be forced to play a 2:3 ratio.

Jersey Color:One team will always need to go white. This should be decided before games start.

Stall:Stall is to 6, and disc cannot come in higher than 4.

When tapping in the disc on a contested call, the defender strikes the disc while simulatenously saying the number it is coming in on.

Time:Games are time-capped at 35 minutes, and captains will keep track of the time.

The clock under Field 2 will be used as the official time clock. All players are responsible for monitoring the time remaining in the game.

Open - Game 1 - 6:10-6:45. Game 2 - 6:50-7:25. Any delay in start time from either game comes out of playing time.

Mixed - Game 1 - 7:40-8:15. Game 2 - 8:20-8:55. Any delay in start time from either game comes out of playing time.

Timeouts:Each team has a 60 second timeout, but it may not be used in the final five minutes of the game. Mixed teams may use a timeout to switch ratio.

Subbing:Continuous play, subbing on the fly from the middle of the field.

Tags do not have to occur for a sub, but players need to be within arm’s reach of each other to sub in/out.

Subbing violations are treated like a "pick" in all aspects.

Captains/Spirit Captains have the ability to call someone off the field if playing time is excessive. All players should feel comfortable approaching their captain about this issue.

Scoring:Make-it-drop-it scoring. All teams are responsible for keeping score.

After a score, a player checking in the disc may center the disc, but should signal to the field by calling it out and putting a fist in the air.

Mixed only - An end-zone-to-end-zone, cross-defender (DoW to DoM/DoM to DoW) throw is worth 2 points. You can be behind or on the line.

In/Out Calls:Line is out. Netting and walls are out.

End of Game:If the score is tied as time expires, the game continues without stopping, and goes into sudden death.

If the disc is in the air as time expires, the disc is still live.

If the score is tied/is a one-point game.

If the score is tied/it is a one-point game and a contested foul causes time to expire, a full minute is added to the game after the resolution of the call. The full minute plays out at an agreed upon start/end time by players/captains. Should the score still be tied after that minute, play continues without stoppage.

Overall:Everyone wants to play… Be conscious of how long you’re on the field.
