1. Adult chaperones/advisors may not stay in youth rooms per International Guidelines.

1. Please read the information and instructions completely before filling out the Registration Spreadsheet tab

2. Complete the Registration Spreadsheet and email to ga.treas@oregonrainbow.org by Sept 1

3. Save this spreadsheet to your computer before emailing for future reference.

4. Food Allergies must be indicated on the Registration Form

5. Post mark by Sept 1 checks payable to Oregon Grand Assembly, Medical Release and Photo Release forms and send to address below

6. On Sept 2, if the registration form has not been received electronically a $25/person late fee will be invoked

 Hotel Registration Instructions

1. Room registration MUST be done direct with the hotel

 Rates are based on Quad occupancy - $131/night plus 10.5% room tax

 Rates do NOT include 10% room tax

 Check-in is 3:00 PM & check-out is 12:00 PM

2. Call 503-682-2211 before September 10, 2026 to make your room reservation/s. Use booking ID Rainbow Girls or provide the date of the convention.

3. Note: After 9/10/26 there is no guarantee the room rate will apply to your reservation.
