The Board approved by motion to approve the Personnel report (Morris/Bukowski). Vote 4/0

Report included hiring of Keri Hammons- Media Specialist/OnlineLearning/Ivy Tech;

Greg Hammons- 6th Grade Math. Accept resignation from Charlie Fraley.

The Board approved by motion (Bukowski/Morris) the Food Service Procurement Plan as required

by the USDOA for the Food Service Program. Vote 4/0
