2. Change meta title to proposed
3. Change meta description to proposed
4. Add proposed keywords to text
5. Create links to other pages. When there are actual link in spreadsheet, use it. If there are no exact link in spreadsheet, create to any other page (internal) and in your opinion related post for external
6. If page has red comment (empty links, same content etc) , create a redirect
7. If page has alt tags, insert them for images (proposed alt tags can be found in 'Notes' column)
8.Leave only one H1 header and create 1 and more H2 for every pages (where it possible). Pages with green mark are ok.
9.Column 'Added keywords' just shows keywords that was used in titles and descriptions. But it also can be used in text 3-4 times.
10. Change long URLs (proposed URL can be found in 'Notes' column)
11. If page's title/descriptions are orange or pink, leave it. That pages will be change soon
12. Reduce pictures size ( sheet 'Images')
